This Privacy Policy describes how RealtyEngine AI ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, application, and hosted property microsites (together, the "Service").
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, brokerage/agency, and password (handled via our authentication provider, Supabase).
- Listing data — listing URLs, addresses, prices, photos, descriptions, and other details you submit or import to generate marketing assets.
- Billing information — payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Microsite analytics — page views, referrers, and interaction events on hosted property microsites, used to show you traffic and engagement.
- Lead data — contact details submitted by visitors through microsite forms (name, email, phone, inquiry message), which we make available to the listing agent.
- Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the Service.
3. How we use information
- To generate listing marketing assets (films, copy, flyers, microsites) on your behalf.
- To operate accounts, billing, and customer support.
- To deliver leads captured on your microsites to you.
- To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including fair-housing screening of generated content.
- To send transactional email (account, billing, lead notifications) via Resend.
4. Sub-processors and third parties
We rely on the following categories of service providers to operate RealtyEngine AI:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- AI generation providers (e.g. kie.ai) — video and image generation from listing photography.
- Apify — listing data import from supported third-party sources.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Hosting infrastructure (e.g. Railway) — application hosting.
These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by their own data-processing terms.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. Hosted microsites may use lightweight analytics cookies to measure page views and lead conversion. We do not sell personal information to third parties or use cross-site advertising trackers.
6. Data retention
We retain account and listing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, billing, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records we are required to retain by law.
7. Your choices and opt-out
- You can access, update, or delete your account information from your account settings or by contacting us.
- You can opt out of non-essential email communications via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Leads submitted through a microsite can request removal of their contact information by contacting the listing agent or us directly.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
